Juggle the ball in the air for 5minutes continuously. Toe Touches Active: Moving the ball backwards with the balls of your feet while doing toe touches. Toe Touches Active: Moving the ball forward as you do toe touches Toe Touches Still: Ball is still while touching the top of the ball with the balls of your feet. Touch the ball with the inside then outside of one foot while hopping on the other foot Put the ball in between the inside of your feet and pass it back and forth quickly as you jog on the spot. If it falls pick it up and continue to juggle until the 2 minutes is up.
